A Week in Town Series
Week in Town 2
It was an exciting night for Nicole and I. Why? It was Asian night at Mike D’s household. We were going to make some rice balls and sushi!

Lovely

The ingredients! We also bought some Asian desert to top it off.

The catfish we cooked, this is also the last of the pictures we took of the food… it was too embarrassing to post.

It was time to do something for once, so we went bowling. Only a few people showed up, whats the world come to?

One of my few friends who actually came to go bowling. He won by a lot. It was my worst game in awhile.

I have been looking for my own camera or perhaps even a digtial camcorder. I still have no idea how much I want to spend. After researching, I’m still stuck on decisions. I’ve always been a fan of recording video over still pictures. Some camera’s these days can record video pretty well. It’s a tough choice. We’ll see what happens within the next couple of months.

Been taking care of my friend’s parents dogs while they are away. Been walking them and so I decided to take pictures as well

This neighborhood is quite something This is the backyard of a house.

So nice.

House’s in the distance.

The water was warm. The weather has been nice ever since the rain stopped.

It was the first time I’ve seen a caterpillar since I was in Elementary school.
Week in Town 1
Fnally started taking pictures and uploading them for everyone to see.
It’s been raining quite a bit here in town of Fort Collins, Colorado but they are short bursts of heavy rain and so it really isn’t too bad.

Nicole and I were strolling around Old Town in search of a smoothie place called Healthy n’ Fit, but for some hell of a reason, their “Summer Store Hours” are 9 to 5:30. What kind of smoothie place closes at 5:30 in the summertime? I wouldn’t be surprised if they closed down permanently.

Nicole and I decided to go to Cold Stone down the street to recieve a free ice cream cake. How? Well you walk in and scream “Twitter Cake!” and you are given a free ice cream cake! Sounds like a deal to me. Unfortunately, they were out. This day was turning out to be a negative one.

The famous Ally Cat in Old Town where college students gather for a soothing cup of tea or the simple pleasures of a sandwhich. They also provide free WiFi, it’s a nice place to chill any time of the year.

After the whole failure to receive a free ice cream cake, Nicole, John, and I decided to go to Dairy Queen for an adventure!…. more like to fulfill our urges for fat and cholesterol in our system.

It’s been awhile since I had cleaned my car, more less, anyone for that matter due to the every day rains. Byron and I took the risk of washing our cars. Ironically, our laziness let one rainstorm pass over.

After cleaning the cars, Byron had to drain the water fountain in his backyard, again for the reason for the heavy rainfall the past couple of weeks.

It wasn’t too long until it appeared that it was going to rain AGAIN! After cleaning our cars and draining the fountain, we were left with belief that we were no longer in Colorado, but somewhere in Washington.

You should try to take pictures of the underground features of Fort Collins. I’ll try to find out more about it and let you know. Dad.
